EULA - End User License Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you, the end-user, and Digola, Trg komandanta staneta 8, Ljubljana, the author of Digola 7Caps.
By downloading or using this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

License Grant: Digola 7Caps is licensed as freeware for personal and commercial use. You are granted the right to use and distribute this software without charge, provided that you do not modify the software in any way.

Warranty Disclaimer: This software is provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind. The author of this software cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising through installation and/or use of the software.

Donation: While Digola 7Caps is free to use, you may choose to make a donation to support the development and maintenance of the software. However, please note that such a donation does not grant you any additional license or rights to the software.

Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

By using Digola 7Caps, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this license agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use or distribute the software.
